This 4 layer gauze blanket is the perfect weight. A little thicker than a normal swaddle, but thin enough to be portable and snuggly. :::FABRIC::: 4 layers of cotton gauze. Gauze or "Muslin" as some people call it, is very thin woven cotton fabric. Multiple layers creates a crinkle, waffle like texture after washing. We use the highest quality 100% cotton gauze.

:::SIZE::: 32" x 39" Please note that size is approximate and the crinkly nature of this fabric can be hard to measure as some batches crinkle smaller than other. All blankets are made form the same size pieces of fabric, but crinkle differently after washing.

:::CARE::: Machine wash COLD water preferable alone, or with like colors. Tumble Dry LOW heat. DO NOT OVER-DRY! Use MILD detergent. Plant based detergents have been tested on this fabric and work well. Fabric softener can also be used and will help the cotton stay soft.

Wash alone or NOT with velcro items or anything that may snag in the washer. Although this is a durable blanket, gauze can snag if you are not careful.
